Dear Valued Parkway Customer,
With much sadness, we closed your Parkway Cleaners location.
With the increase of remote workers and the trend to a more casually-dressed society, there’s not enough dry cleaning business for us to meet all the high costs of running a physical store.
Six of our drop stores were franchises, using the Parkway brand name, and we had some control over how the stores were ran, and we also provided the processing at our central processing plant in West Chester.
On Friday Oct 7, we were told that he made the decision to close all the stores he operated. We were surprised that he was wanting to close the stores on Oct 14th, as that only gave a week for the message to go out, and for us to develop a plan to transfer your clothes to another location for pickup.
The good news is that we’re still able to meet all of your dry cleaning needs with our FREE pickup & delivery service!
