Questions about how our Delivery service works and what to expect

We assign your scheduled day based on your address when we will come to pickup and deliver clean garments at your home or office address.

No, there is no minimum piece count or dollar amount. We appreciate your prudence to not schedule small pick-ups to reduce environmental impact; however, we will pick up all orders, regardless of size, if necessary for you.

No, there is no subscription or monthly fee – currently, we only charge a nominal fee for extra fuel expenses for each visit as a fuel surcharge. We will stop this charge once the gas prices go back to $3.25 per gallon.

As of October 10, 2022, the fuel surcharge is $0.47

There are two different ways you can do this:

  1. Via Text Message: You will receive a text message the evening prior to your scheduled pickup delivery date asking if you require a Pickup – simply reply, “Yes”.
  2. Via Parkway’s Website or App: Select the Pickup icon, which will direct you to the pickup screen. The screen will display available pickup dates; select the one most convenient for you. You will then receive an e-mail confirmation for your pickup request. You may also enter any special instructions or concerns related to specific items.

No. Our delivery team will work with you to identify a secure spot where our drivers can pick up & drop-off garments. Most of our customers put a hook on their front door where our drivers can hang the clothes, or provide us with a garage door code and we put the clothes on a hook in the garage.

We securely collect your credit card information when you sign-up. We only charge your card when we deliver your clean garments. You can always view the charges on the Parkway App and website Account Portal.

Yes, all credit card information is stored in an encrypted fashion in our system. We can only see the last 4 digits and the expiry date of your credit card.

Using the app, you can log in with either the cell number, or email on your profile

Or you can use the login link at the top of this website.
On the website you need to log in with the email we have on file, the default password is the last 4 of the primary phone we have on your profile (the one you give when you pickup in store)
