Improved Carbon Footprint – Both Orth and Parkway Cleaners cover many of the same routes and neighborhoods. Half the vehicles on the road as before = fewer carbon emissions.
Continued Quality – Parkway Cleaners has a long history of providing quality dry cleaning and now has a state-of-the-art plant located in West Chester with fully-automated bagging and assembly processes that improve on-time delivery rates.
Clothes-Tracking Technology – Use the Parkway App or website to track your clothes, receive text message alerts about your pickup/delivery, and communicate directly with support.
We will be working in the next 4-6 weeks to migrate Orth Cleaners customers to the Parkway Cleaners system. We will try to make it as seamless as possible for you but there will be a few things we will need your help to set you up for example getting your Credit Card information as that is stored in an encrypted format and cannot be moved from one system to another. Below are FAQs which we are hoping will answer some of the questions you might have on what this merger means to you.

It depends upon your address and when Parkway is going in that area.
We will notify you of the Service day change from Orth Cleaners Text messaging system; alternatively, you will get a reminder text message day prior to your new schedule day from Parkway Cleaners
We will send you a notification via text message that your record has been created from Orth Cleaners letting you know the record has been transferred to Parkway System. You will be asked to update your Credit Card information on Parkway Systems and once that is complete you will start receiving a text message from Parkway Cleaners. The number that the text will come from is 610-600-1671.
Yes, once you are migrated you will receive a text message from Parkway Cleaners number, 610-600-1671. The message will be sent to you at 5 pm one day prior to your scheduled pick-up day.
The message will read like below
“Parkway Cleaners here wondering if you need us to stop by tomorrow? Reply 'Yes' and we'll be there. Reply 'STOP' to unsubscribe."
Orth used to support multiple billing options and they will be the same going forward but read below on what to expect based on your billing options
Option 1: If you were billed each time your clothes were delivered using Credit Card on file there will be no change except the billing company will be Parkway Cleaners instead of Orth Cleaners.
Option 2: If you were getting a monthly statement
You will receive a Monthly statement from Parkway Cleaners. You need to mail your checks to “108 N Adams Street, West Chester, PA 19380”. Please make the change if you were using your Bank's bill payment system.
Parkway sends out monthly statements generally by the 5th of the following month.

We will create your account in the Parkway system from your records.
Our preferred method is that you go on our secure website and login into your account and update your credit card information. You can do this by going to www.Parkwaycleaners.com and clicking on “Account Login” on the home page.
Your username is your email address and click the button to reset your password for the initial password.
If you don’t want to do it on our Web page you can call us at 1-800-515-0511 and provide us with your card.
In reviewing the pricing of Orth Cleaners and Parkway Cleaners we noticed that our prices were very similar except for a few differences one way or other in a few categories, so the answer is you should not see many changes in your overall bill.
