1. Services Offered
Parkway Cleaner provides professional garment care services, including but not limited to:
- Dry Cleaning
- Wash & Fold Laundry
- Laundered Shirts
- Bedding & Linens
- Rug Cleaning
- Wedding Gown Preservation
- Leather & Suede Cleaning
- Tailoring & Alterations
- Pickup & Delivery Services
2. Pickup & Delivery
- Scheduled pickup and delivery days may change due to holidays, weather, or operational needs.
- Customers will be notified in advance via SMS, email, or phone when possible.
- Parkway Cleaner is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including traffic, weather, or emergencies.
- Customers must ensure garments are available and accessible at the pickup location.
3. Turnaround Time
- All turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Express or rush services may be available for an additional charge.
- Holiday schedules may result in extended turnaround times.
4. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are based on garment type, fabric, and required care.
- Rug cleaning prices are generally calculated by square footage.
- Payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed.
- Approved payment methods must be on file or provided at the time of service.
- Any credits on your account will be applied to future services.
5. Garment Care & Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Checking pockets and removing personal items
- Informing us of stains, damage, or special care instructions
6. Claims, Damage & Liability
- Our liability for lost or damaged items is limited to a maximum of 10 times the cleaning charge for the affected item, unless otherwise required by law.
- Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- We are not responsible for:
- Normal wear and tear
- Color loss, shrinkage, or fabric failure
- Items without care labels or with manufacturer defects
7. Unclaimed Items
- Items left unclaimed for 30 days after notification may be donated or disposed of.
- Parkway Cleaner is not responsible for items after this period.
8. Cancellations & Service Changes
- Customers may pause or cancel services by contacting customer support.
- Changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup.
- Repeated missed pickups may result in service suspension.
9. Communications (SMS & Email)
- By providing your contact information, you consent to receive service-related communications via SMS, email, or phone.
- Message frequency may vary.
- Standard message and data rates may apply.
- You may opt out of promotional messages at any time.
10. Privacy
Parkway Cleaner respects your privacy and does not sell customer information. Personal data is used solely for service fulfillment and communication purposes.
11. Right to Refuse Service
Parkway Cleaner reserves the right to refuse service for items that are:
- Unsafe to clean
- Infested
- Soiled with hazardous or biohazard materials
12. Changes to These Terms
Parkway Cleaner may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
