Express drop off is where you have a black Parkway bag with a name tag, and you can use our drop bin in the store, or the after hours (select stores) drop spot to quickly drop off your cleaning items.
Express pickup is a feature on our app where you will alert the store you are on your way (please give us as much time as possible). When you submit the request a payment method is requested, most customers save a card on file, the store staff then places your items in the pickup location, and all you need to do is walk in, verify you are taking your orders and give a friendly wave and leave.
No, there is no minimum piece count or dollar amount. We appreciate your prudence to not schedule small pick-ups to reduce environmental impact; however, we will pick up all orders, regardless of size, if necessary for you.
No, there is no subscription or monthly fee
When you put in an ‘on my way request’ you will be prompted for a payment method. If you have a card saved it will default to that.
Yes, all credit card information is stored in an encrypted fashion in our system. We can only see the last 4 digits and the expiry date of your credit card.
